tomato sauce
oregano
onion, chopped fine
green pepper, chopped fine
corn tortillas
grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Poach eggs in hot tomato sauce spiced with oregano, onions and green pepper. Fry corn tortillas in oil -- 5 seconds only. Place a cooked egg and tomato sauce on top of a tortilla. Add grated cheese on top. Broil in oven until cheese is melted. Serve.
