1 beef flank steak or cut of choice
1 cup prepared teriyaki marinade (Kikkoman's)
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup orange juice
1 T. chopped fresh rosemary
1 large clove garlic, crushed
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Make marinade and remove 3/4 cup and save. With a sharp knife, lightly score both sides of the steak. Place steak in remaining marinade and refrigerate for 30 min. Remove steak from marinade, discard marinade. Place steak on grill over medium heat, 17-21 minutes. Place remaining 3/4 cup marinade in a saucepan, bring to a boil. Meanwhile carve steak diagonally across the grain into thin slices, arrange on platter. Spoon hot marinade over beef.
Serve alone or place on rice or noodles.
