1 1/2 cups sugar
pinch salt
1 cup butter
3/4 cup sour cream
2 eggs
1 tsp soda added to the cream
1 tsp vanilla
4 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the sugar and the butter until very creamy. Add the eggs and the sour cream, blend well. Add the soda with the flour, blending a little at a time as to mix well, add the vanilla. Chill. Roll out the dough at desired thickness and cut cookies with desired cookie cutter. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Do not overbake.
