1 # steak
1 can diced tomatoes
1/2 chopped onion, med
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 sm can mushrooms
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the steak into serving pieces. Place flour and salt and pepper into a bag and add steak pieces to cover. Add the steak , onions, celery, tomato sauce, and mushrooms into a crock pot and cover. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or until tender. High for 3-5 hrs.
