Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pkg. flour fajitas (or more if needed)
3 pkgs. boneless skinless chicken breasts (not sure how many pounds)
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
1 large red pepper, sliced
1 large yellow pepper, sliced
2 large onions, sliced
sour cream
guacamole
grated cheese (your choice)

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate chicken overnight with the Italian dressing, the orange and lemon juice and soy sauce. Grill the chicken and then slice into thin strips. Sauté peppers and onions in olive oil until tender. Add the chicken to the pepper/onion mixture. You can add some (not too much or it will be soupy) of the marinade to the chicken/pepper mixture BUT boil the marinade first because it had raw chicken. Wrap the fajitas in aluminum foil and warm them in the oven. Place the chicken mixture in the warm fajitas. People can used the sour cream, cheese, and guacamole toppings as they like.

One of Linda's favorite big crowd recipes. Good for buffet style meals.
