2 to 3 chicken breast
5 to 6 medium sized potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can tomato soup
1 to 2 cups carrots
chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Chunk chicken, potatoes, and carrots. Add chopped onion (or dried onions work fine, too). Add soups and about 1/2 soup can of milk. Season to taste. Mix it all together and cook on MEDIUM to HIGH for 4 to 5 hours, until tender.

Variation: Omit tomato soup and use 2 cans cream of chicken, add some chopped celery and basil and lemon pepper.
