2 medium red potatoes
1 cup sliced celery
2 cups sliced carrots
1 chopped onion
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp sage or thyme
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cups cooked chicken cut into 1 inch pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Layer vegetables, season with salt, pepper, and sage. Add chicken and soup (undiluted). Cook on HIGH in microwave in covered casserole for about 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Or may cook in oven at 375.
