2 lbs. carrots, boiled till soft
1 cup grated cheese
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup soda cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Grate or mash carrots. Mix together with other ingredients in a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with additional cracker crumbs and cheese and a little water. Bake for about 20 minutes at 350.
