4 bonelss, skinless chicken breast
2 T. vegetable oil
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 T. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
In a large frying pan, over medium heat, saute onion in oil until soft. In small bowl conbine ketchup, sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice & pepper. Add to pan with onion. Add chicken to pan. Bring to boil, cover and simmer 25-35 minutes or until chicken is done. Remove chicken to serving platter. Disolve cornstarch in 2 T. water. Add to pan with sauce. Bring sauce to boil, stirring constantly until thickened. Pour sauce over chicken before serving.
