2 T. yeast 1/4 c. warm water 1 c. water 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. butter 3 eggs 4 1/2 c. flour 2 tsp. salt
FILLING: 1/2 c. sugar 6 T. butter rind of 1 orange
In small container, mix yeast with the 1/4 c. warm water. Cream butter and sugar. Add 1 c. water and yeast. Mix. Add eggs, flour and salt. Refrigerate over night. Roll out rectangle shape (about 1/2 to 1 inch thick). Spread filling on. Roll up and cut with thread or floss. Place on greased pan. Let rise for 3 hours. Bake: 400º for 10 minutes. Glaze if desired.
