2 c. flour
1 T. vinegar
1/2 c. shortening (cold)
1/3 c. cold milk
1/2 c. butter (cold)
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, shortening, butter and salt until part of mixture is fine as cornmeal and part resembles small peas in size. (An electric mixer may be used.) Stir vinegar into milk and add to flour mixture. Mix only until ball forms. Don't over mix.
Roll out very thin on floured surface. After in pan, prick with fork and bake for 10-12 minutes in 425 oven.

If all products are well chilled, it will mix better. Chill dough before rolling out. When rolling out, keep moving dough circle around so it is well floured and doesn't' stick to the surface you are rolling on.
