1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. (about 3) mashed bananas
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and mix well. Add mashed bananas, milk, and lemon juice. Mix well. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well. Add nuts. Pour in greased 8x4x3 loaf pan. Bake 350 for 1 hour.
