1 pound fresh or frozen cranberries
2 medium oranges, (with rinds)
2 C sugar
2 pkgs raspberry gelatin (small ones)
3 C hot water
1 C chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Grind or chop finely in food processor the cranberries and oranges. Add the sugar and stir well. Chill overnight. Disolve gelatin in small amount of water. Pour remaining hot water over gelatin and stir well. Add cranberry, orange, sugar mix and nuts to disolved gelatin. Pour in small containers and refrigerate until jelled.

For as long as I can remember, Mama has made this recipe for all holidays. It is delicious served with turkey, roast pork, cornbread dressing, etc.It is really good on a left-over turkey sandwich. She usually made enough to share with family and friends for their holiday dinner as well.
