2 cups flour⅓ cup sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 egg, beaten
teaspoon salt
1⅓ cups milk
cup cocoa
cup shortening, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg, milk and shortening. Stir into dry ingredients, mixing only enough to dampen flour. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
