1 cup raisins (that have been boiled in 1 cup water) 3 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 cups sugar ½ teaspoon cinnamon 1 cup oil ½ teaspoon baking powder 1 - 16 ounces can pork & beans, mashed ½ cup walnuts, chopped 3 cups flour ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon baking soda
Mix dry ingredients in bowl and set aside. Mix oil, beans and eggs. Blend in dry ingredients. Stir in raisins and nuts. Pour into greased 2" x 5" x 9" pan. Bake 350° F until tests done.
