Ingredients:  
* 2 {15 ounce cans} low sodium beef broth
* 1 cup water
* 1 cup sugar snap peas/strings & tips removed
* 1 small yellow sweet pepper/chopped
* 2 bunches green onion/sliced thin
* 1 1/2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
* 1 tsp. grated fresh ginger
* 1/2 pound deli beef,sliced 1/4" thick
cut into bitesize strips
* 2 TBSP. white vinegar
* 2 cups cooked white rice
* 2 TBSP. sesame seed for garnish

*In your favorite soup pot combine the first 7 ingredients.
*Bring to a boil , then reduce the heat.
*Cover & simmer for 10 to 15 minute 'til the vegies are tender/crisp.
*Stir in the beef & vinegar & heat through.
*Serve over the rice & garnish with the sesame seeds.
