2 cups oats
4 cups boiling water
4 T. butter
5 tsp salt
3 T. yeast
1 cup honey
1 cup warm water
9-12 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Pour boiling water over oats in large bowl. Add honey, butter and salt. Let sit for 1/2 hour. Soak yeast in 1 cup warm water. Let rise to top of measuring cup and add to oat mixture. Add flour 4 cups at a time until dough is not too sticky. Be careful not to add too much flour and knead until just mixed. Let rise until double. Form four loaves and bake at 350 for 30 min. Cool out of pans on racks.
