5 medium sweet potatoes
1/2 cup white syrup
1 cup marshmallows (optional)
1 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and quarter sweet potatoes, place in saucepan with 1 1/2 cup water; cook until tender. Place in baking dish with sugar, syrup and butter. Put in 350 degree oven for 20 min. If you wish to use marshmallows, remove from oven and top with the marshmallows and return to oven until nicely browned.
