Ingredients: * canola oil * 3 large finely chopped garlic cloves * 1 pound uncooked peeled & deveined shrimp/ tails off * 2/3 cup shredded carrot * 1/2 cup purchased garlic chili sauce {found by the condiments} * Fresh snowpeas/bitesize pieces * 1 {15 ounce} can bitesize baby corn * 1 small can sliced water chestnuts

Directions:*Heat the oil in a large heavy fry pan or wok. *Add the garlic & stirfry 1 minute. *Add the shrimp & stirfry another minute. *Add the carrot & snowpea & stirfry 3 to 5 more minutes. *Add the sauce, water chestnuts & baby corn & heat through. |
