1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 cans mushroom soup
1 package onion flavored tator tots
1 package shredded cheddar cheese
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and drain. Mix meat with mushroom soup and half of the cheese. Spread into the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Place tator tots on top of meat mixture and bake at 375 as directed on tator tot package. About 10 minutes before cooking time is complete, remove from oven and sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the casserole. Return to oven and complete cooking.
