Ingredients:  
* olive oil
* 1 pound kielbasa or smoked sausage
cut into 1/2" slices
* 2 large sweet onions/cut into 6 wedges each
* 2 TBSP. flour
* 2 {14 ounce} cans diced tomatoes,undrained
* 1 cup fresh baby carrots
* 4 red potatoes/cut into 6 wedges each
* 1/2 tsp.dried thyme
* 1 each green & yellow pepper/bitesize pieces

Directions:

*Cover the bottom of a heavy fry pan with olive oil.
*Add sausage & onions & cook about 5 minutes,stir occasionally.
*Add the flour & mix well.
*Stir in the rest of ingredients except the peppers & bring to a boil.
*Reduce the heat to low,partially cover the pan & simmer about 20 minutes.
*Add the peppers & cook uncovered , another 10 to 15 minutes , until the vegies are as you like them.
