* 16 ounces drained & rinsed black beans
* 10 ounces thawed frozen corn
* 1 cup ripe mango/chopped
* 1 small red pepper/chopped
* 1/3 cup each fresh chopped cilantro &
chopped red onion
* 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lime juice

*Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl & refrigerate

Use a halved colored pepper to dish it out of
