* 1 envelope Good Seasons Caesar ~OR~
Italian dressing mix
* 1/4 cup each apple cider vinegar & olive oil
* 1 1/2 pounds red potatoes/cut into bitesize pieces
* 1 small red pepper/1" pieces
* 1 small green pepper/1" pieces
* 1 medium onion/1' pieces

Directions:
Directions:
*Heat the oven to 400.
*Line a cookie sheet with heavy foil & set aside.
*Make the dressing according to. directions,omitting the water & using the oil.
*Combine all recipe ingredients into a large bowl & toss well so everything's covered.
*Pour onto the lined cookie sheet & bake for 30 to 40 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
