* 1/4 cup each tequila & lime juice
**NOTE: juice your own lime-it's worth the flavor**
* 1 envelope Good Seasons Zesty Italian dressing
* 1/2 cup canola oil
* 1 pound medium peeled & deveined shrimp
* Assorted bitesize cut vegies :
red peppers,zucchini,mushrooms,etc.

*Combine everything but the vegies & the shrimp in a heavy duty ziploc bag.
*Add the shrimp & vegies & squish around to coat well {be careful of the shrimp tails to not puncture the bag}
*Marinate for an hour,remove shrimp & vegies & discard the marinate.
*Arrange the shrimp on skewers in a C shape
*Arrange the vegies on separate skewers
*Grill 10 to 15 minutes 'til the shrimp turn pink & the vegies become tender/crisp.
