* 6 eggs
* 2 cups sugar
* 2 sticks melted butter
* 2 tsp. baking powder
* 1/4 tsp. salt.
* 1 TBSP. vanilla
* 1 TBSP. anise seed
* 4 to 5 cups of flour

**OKAY , first you gotta have a pizzelle iron. Preferably a seasoned one. If you don't, a waffle maker will PROBABLY work...I make no guarantees.**
*Mix the dry ingredients,add everything else. *Knead together first with a wooden spoon , then by hand 'til a soft dough forms.
*Form balls about the size of a golfball,rolling them in your palms & place into preheated waffle baker.
*Bake about 1 1/2 minutes or until golden brown.
**A fork works best to remove them**
