* 1/2 cup butter
* 3 crushed,very ripe bananas
* 2 eggs
* 1 tsp. vanilla
* 1 cup sugar
* 2 cups flour
* 1 tsp. baking soda
* 1/2 tsp. each : cinnamon,allspice,nutmeg,ginger

*Heat oven to 350.
*Cream together the first 5 ingredients.
*Add the flour & spices.
***AT THIS POINT ~ you can get adventerous !
Add in chocolate swirl chips & coconut
~OR~
Raisins & your favorite nuts
~OR~
Dried fruit bits & nuts ***
*Using cupcake papers,fill each one about 1/2 full.
*Bake about 15 minutes,'til a toothpick comes out just slightly wet.
