*3 sticks sweet butter
* 1 1/2 cups crisco
* 2 1/2 pounds confectioners sugar
* 8 egg whites
* 1 TBSP pure vanilla extract
* 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
*Using your stand mixer with the flat paddle,cream together the butter & crisco 'til smooth. Add the sugar;continue mixing 'til smooth.
*Add the egg whites,vanilla, & lemon juice gradually
*Change the paddle to the beater & whip at high speed until light & smooth.
