4 skinless/boneless chicken breasts
4 eggs
bread crumbs
1/2 c. butter
8-16 oz. mushrooms
1-2 pkg. thin sliced muenster cheese
Swanson chicken stock
lemon wedges

Directions:
Directions:
Immerse, cut up in 2 in. cubes skinless/boneless breasts of chicken in well-beaten eggs, salted to taste, for at least one hour. (I do all day, usually.) Drain chicken, roll in bread crumbs. SautÚ in 1/2 c. butter until golden brown. Transfer to casserole, cover chicken with sliced mushrooms. Then, top with thin sliced of muenster cheese. Bake 350║ F for 30 minutes. Baste occasionally with 1/2 c. chicken stock. Don't forget....Lemon...it really is better with! ║ F
