1 15 oz. can Ranch Style Beans-drained and rinsed
2 bags of 8 oz. shredded lettuce
1 16 oz. bag shredded cheddar cheese (NOT finely shredded)
1 24 oz. bottle Thousand Island dressing
4 small tomatoes (diced and remove seeds-you don't want tomatoes to be juicy)
1 avacado - sliced
1 12 oz. HEB beef taco crumbles (keep frozen and add to salad)
1 13 oz. plain Doritos (crumble up and add to salad LAST)

Directions:

Place all ingredients in large bowl. Just before serving, add doritos and dressing. Toss well.
