Melt butter over a double boiler over a medium heat. Add coca and combine well. Stir in vanilla flavoring. Slowly add confectioners sugar until blended. Pour in milk as needed to smooth. Remove from heat, pouring into a buttered container. Let cool. Cut and serve.
