1 20 oz. can chunk pineapple
1 pint strawberries - cleaned, and sliced
1 lb. seedless green grapes - halved
3 bananas, sliced
cup walnuts (optional)
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream

1. Wash and halve grapes and strawberries. Place in
a large bowl with pineapple, bananas and walnuts.
2. In a separate bowl, blend together the cream
cheese, marshmallow cream, vanilla and brown
sugar until smooth and creamy. Pour the mixture
over the fruit. Using a rubber spatula or large
serving spoon, fold the mixture into the grapes until
well coated.
3. This salad may be served immediately, or covered
and refrigerated for 1 hour to set slightly, and to
allow flavors to blend.
