1 package of Pillsbury refrigerated sugar cookies
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
3 egg yolks
1 (12 oz) package semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Spray 13 x 9 inch pan with nonstick cooking spray. With floured fingers, press dough evely into bottom of pan.
Bake for 10 minutes.
In medium mixing bowl, combine all filling ingredients and mix until smooth.
Remove partially cooked crust from oven. Spoon and carefully spread filling evenly over crust.
Return to oven and bake an additional 20 to 25 minutes or until set.
Remove bars from oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Spread chocolate evenly over top. Cool and then refrigerate 30 minutes to set chocolate. Cut into bars.
