1 Box of lemon or yellow cake mix
1 stick of margarine or butter softened
1 egg
2 cups finely crushed saltine crackers
3 egg yolks
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 15 x 10" jelly-roll pan. Combine cake mix, butter, and 1 egg; mix well ( Mixture will be crumbly ). Stir in cracker crumbs. Reserve 2 cups of crumb mixture. Press remaining crumbs firmly into bottom of prepared pan.
In mixing bowl, combine egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice, mix well. Spread evenly over baked crust.
Top with reserved crumb mixture. Bake 20 minutes or until firm.
Cool and cut into bars.
