1 lge can sweet potatoes (40 oz) drained and mashed
2 eggs
1/3 can evaporated milk (4 oz)
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 stick margarine


Topping:

1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup pecans, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 6 ingredients together and put in an 8x12 casserole dish. Mix the topping ingredients and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.

Rich makes this Thanksgiving tradition for the Lee/Keller Thanksgiving meal. He cuts the topping recipe in half as it makes a lot.
