1 7 oz. package uncooked macaroni (about 2 cups)
2 tbs. flour
2 cups milk
8 oz. sharp processed cheese, or shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbs. margarine or butter
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup butter cracker crumbs
1/2 cup shredded cheese for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni as directed on package. Heat margarine about 3 minutes, stir in flour, salt and pepper. Cook stirring constantly until mixture is bubbly, remove from heat. Stir in sheese until melted. Add macaroni and stir until coated. Pour into ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly and light brown.
