1 tbs. very thin 1 inch trips peeled fresh ginger
1-2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
8 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup matchstick carrots
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayanne
6 scallions, finely chopped
2 tsp. rice vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Spray large deep skillet with nonstick spray and set over medium heat. Add ginger and garlic; cook stiring constantly until softened and fragrant, about 2 minutes. Add the cabbage, carrots, salt and cayenne. Cook stirring occasionally until cabbage is softened, about 6 minutes. Stir in scallions and vinegar, cook stirring frequently until cabbage is tender, about 3 minutes.
