1 lb. can English peas, drained ( 2 cups)
4 hard boiled eggs
1 cup sharp cheese, grated
1/2 cup chopped pimento
1/2 no. 2 can fried onion rings
1 can of cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Layer peas, egg slices, pimento and cheese in 8 X 10 casserole dish. Spread 1/2 of soup mixture on the top. Repeat layer and add rest of onion rings. Bake 15 minutes at 350.
