1/2 stick butter
1 small onion, chopped
1 jalepeno, chopped
2 cans yellow hominy, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and jalepeno in the butter. Add hominy and the soup and mix well. Pour into 8" square baking dish and sprinkle with the cheese.
Bate 350
20 to 30 minutes
