5 or 6 slices of bacon, diced
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can mixed white and yellow hominy

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon until nearly done then add onion and cut until the onion is clear. Draine half the liquid in the hominy and add to mixture. Cook until the liquid is gone.
