8 oz. cream cheese
1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbs. fresh parsley, minced
1 Tbs. fresh garlic, minced
4 Tbs. minced fresh herbs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, but don't beat - just mix gently and thoroughly. Cover tightly and refrigerate. Makes about 1 cup.

I use at least 4 of the following herbs - the more the better! Rosemary, thyme, lemon thyme, oregano, marjoram, summer savory, basil, sage.
