4 chicken breasts (skinless/boneless)
2 T olive oil
2 T butter
2 T capers
Juice of 1/2 lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Pound out chicken breast to thin. Salt and pepper then dust with
flour. Saute chicken in oil and butter, 8-10 minutes. Add drained
capers and lemon juice and cook about 2 more minutes.
