1 C finely chopped chicken
1/2 C monterey jack cheese
2 T green onions, chopped
1/2 T parsley, chopped
1/2 T all purpose flour
1 9" unbaked pie shell
3 eggs
1 1/4 C half and half
1/2 tsp brown mustard
1/4 C chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken, cheese, green onion, parsley, and flour.
Sprinkle into pie shell. Combine eggs, half and half, and
mustard. Pour over chicken mixture and top with pecans. Bake
at 325 for 55-60 min.
