1c Water,
-c white sugar,
1 (12oz) package fresh cranberries,
1c apples peeled, cored and diced,
c cider vinegar,
c raisins,
tsp ground cinnamon,
tsp ground ginger,
tsp ground allspice,
1/8 tsp ground cloves

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan combine the water and sugar. Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat. Add the cranberries, apples, vinegar, raisins, and spices. Bring to a boil, then simmer gently for 10 minutes.
Pour mixture into a mixing bowl. Place plastic wrap directly on the surface of the sauce. Cool to room temp and serve or cover and refrigerate. Bring the chutney to room temp before serving.

This recipe was given to Jeannine by Whitney and was immediately added to the Ball Family Thanksgiving Dinners. Sage loves it so much that Jeannine fills a "Ball" jar with some exclusively for him.
