1 cup sugar
1 cup butter
3 tbsp water

Topping
1/4 cup melted milk chocolate
chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rapidly and stir constantly until mixture reaches 295 degrees. Pour on a cookie sheet and let cool.
Brush with 1/4 lb melted milk chocolate and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
