For Cake:
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1 medium can crushed pineapple
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup chopped walnuts

For Frosting:
1 pound confectioner's sugar
1 stick butter at room temperature
1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened

For Cake:
Sift together flour, sugar and baking soda in a large mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix together 2 eggs, the pineapple and the vanilla extract. Add to dry ingredients and mix well. Fold in nuts. Bake at 350 F. in an ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan for 45 minutes.
For Frosting:
Cream butter and cream cheese together, gradually add confectioner's sugar until incorporated. Frost cooled cake.
