Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 cup brown sugar
2-1/2 heaping Tbsp. flour
Pinch of salt
2 eggs
2 cups milk
chunk of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar with flour and salt.
Add beaten eggs, milk and butter.
Cook till thick, stirring constantly.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Chill and serve with whipped cream, if desired.
