2 cups grated chedder cheese
1 1/2 cup self rising flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tablespoon sugar
Pinch cayenne pepper
1 egg
1 cup milk
bacon, onion, tomatoes, skys the limit

Mix egg and milk together, add other ingredients gently, DON'T over mix
Spoon into 12 greased muffin tins, bake at 400-425 for 15-17 min
