3 c. self-rising flour 1/2 c. sugar 3 T. melted butter 1 can beer
1. Preheat oven to 375. 2. In large bowl combine flour and sugar 3. Slowly pour can of beer over this mix. 4. Pour into a well greased loaf pan and bake 55 minutes. 5. About 3 minutes before done, brush top with melted butter and return to oven.
