2-oz. jar instant coffee
2 cups boiling water
4 cups sugar
1 vanilla bean, cut into 4 pieces
2 cups vodka

Directions:
Directions:
Put coffee in boiling water (off heat). Add sugar and let stand until sugar is dissolved and mixture is cool. Drop 2 pieces of vanilla bean into each of 2 750 mil. bottles. Pour 1 cup of vodka in each bottle. Add half the syrup mixture to each bottle. Fill any remaining space with vodka. Let stand at room temperature for 30 days, inverting bottle every 5-6 days.
