Night before serving combine:

1/2 c. sourdough starter
2 c. flour
2 c. water
1/4 c. powdered skim milk.


Morning prep:
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. oil (use 1/4 cup for waffles)

Directions:
Directions:
The night before you wish to serve pancakes, place sourdough starter, flour, water, and powdered skim milk in mixing bowl or in a large plastic glass container. Cover. Allow to stand at room temperature overnight.
In the Morning, remove 1/2 cup starter and place in refrigerator.
Add beaten eggs to the starter along with soda, salt, sugar and oil. Bake on hot griddle, turning once.
